- A book which tells about how do we think about ourselves in our mind
- I read the first few chapters, felt again like the same story from all other self help books, just twisted in the authors perspective
- Majorly covers the different kindof self talk ie Positive, Negative and Neutral, and how changing it to positive transforms our life
- I had read The Power of Your Subconscious Mind and Don’t believe everything you think, so this felt repetitive. Would recommend reading those, they are great by themselves.
Would I recommend it? Maybe not
Would I read it? Maybe, if i feel to give it a try again after sometime.
