By Robert Kiyosaki
Read it in early 2023
A relatively straight forward book, read like only half of it because, the author started repeating the same argument again and again in future chapters and pages
Was my first introduction to the terms assets and liabilities. Learned about what we should choose over the other, and some case studies by his own experience by comparing his two dads (one his, and another his friends)
Also compares the economy of world, and what happened majorly in the financial landscape in the early 2000s, tells about the housing interest rates burst, and all
As said, the gist of the book is understood in the first few chapters, later it is just streching it as a chewing gum, and validating the claims made previously.
Asset is something which gives you back in return, over the period of time. While liability is what takes money to maintain
And the chapters also talk about Cashflow with some good examples.
Would I read it again? No
Would I recommend it?
